Kathy Osawa

Born in Nagasaki in Japan known as a city of Southern Hospitality.

Trained to be a singer by her mother who was a talented Shamisen player. She started her career as a singer after she won a first prize of The 4th Nagasaki Singers Festival.

After that, she went to America to learn country music, pop and jazz.

In 1997, she won a Special Award Recipient and Finalist at “Image of Elvis” competition in Memphis. After the  She is known as Japan’s only Female Elvis.
